Rebuilding

As part of our repair services, we provide hydraulic cylinder repair services for all types, sizes, and equipment. With our large inventory of hydraulic cylinder components, we can provide fast, reliable, rebuilding services. Cylinders receive a thorough inspection and are pressure tested before and after rebuilding. Components that are worn or damaged are replaced to ensure the cylinder performs to its specifications.
Our repair services include:

• Inspection/Testing	– Each cylinder receives a thorough inspection of each component and is pressure tested to its maximum operating pressure before and after repairs.
• Repacking	– All seals are replaced using OEM or equivalent seals that meet pressure, medium, and temperature specifications.
• Light Honing	– Cylinder tubes receive a light hone to remove any minor surface imperfections to assure proper function.
• Re‐Tubing	– Cylinder tubes which are damaged beyond repair or cracked are replaced using certified DOM tubing.
• Re‐Roding	– Cylinder rods which are scored, bent, or damaged in any other way beyond repair are replaced using the appropriated grade of chrome rod.
